A growing video technology and advertising business is looking for a Sales Director to drive UK revenue across agencies, independent agencies and direct client relationships. This is a hands-on commercial role, suited to someone with strong digital media sales experience, a proven ability to create revenue, and the confidence to build market presence in a lean, fast-moving environment.
The Role
- You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities across the UK market, building senior relationships with media agencies, independent agencies and client-direct advertisers.
- You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and first meetings through to pitching, negotiation and closing.
- You will also work closely with internal teams to position the company’s video, programmatic and digital media proposition effectively in market.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong UK sales pipeline
- Develop relationships across media agencies, independent agencies and direct advertisers
- Identify, create and convert new revenue opportunities
- Pitch video, programmatic and AdTech solutions to senior stakeholders
- Own the full sales process from outreach through to close
- Build commercial credibility and visibility for the business in the UK market
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver strong client solutions
- Provide market feedback and help shape the UK commercial strategy
- Represent the business confidently with agencies, brands and partners
Experience Required
- Proven digital media, AdTech, programmatic, video, CTV, publisher or media sales experience
- Strong new business capability and clear evidence of revenue generation
- Existing agency, independent agency or client-direct relationships
- Publicis contacts would be useful, but are not essential
- Comfortable working in a lean, high-growth commercial team
- Confident pitching to senior agency and brand stakeholders
- Self-motivated, proactive and commercially sharp
- Able to create opportunities rather than rely only on inbound briefs
Package
- £80,000 base salary
