We’re looking for a Growth Manager to join a high-performing team driving pipeline growth and performance marketing excellence — both paid and organic. You’ll work across lead generation, outbound prospecting, partner engagement and pitch development — helping transform opportunities into successful long-term client relationships. This is a hands‑on, strategic role at the intersection of sales, marketing and media. The focus is winning new business and opening up new projects from existing projects.
You’ll manage your prospecting via accurately recording records in the CRM (HubSpot), craft compelling proposals, support cross‑functional teams on major pitches, and collaborate with marketing to turn insights into action.
