I’m working with an agenda-setting global lifestyle media owner with a huge audience reach who create agenda-setting content across a millennial and Gen Z audience, garnering millions of views on social and Podcast downloads. My client works with some of the world’s best brands on deep creative Content Partnerships.

We seek an accomplished Brand Partnerships Sales Manager who has experience selling social-first branded content partnerships, understands social video, audio, sponsorship and influencer marketing and has experience and/or a black book of contacts selling to media agencies and marketing departments at brands direct.

Candidate Attributes:

  • Proven proactive hunter sales-style, ability to create new business through personal influence and develop creative ideas clients love
  • Black book of key media planning and buying and comms strategy decision makers at international media agency holding companies and/or Marketing Directors at brands
  • Experience of selling branded content and brand partnerships
  • Social-native, a good understanding of TikTok, IG, YouTube video content and how to sell brand collaborations and integrations on these platforms
  • Audio experience is also advantageous
  • Engineer new opportunities and drive the pipeline growth through activity and intelligent pitching of ideas that clients find compelling
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organisation and in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coachable, curious and resilient
  • Commercial acumen
  • Track record of hitting and smashing revenue targets
