As digital media has grown more powerful, it has also grown more complex. Over the past decade, one independent advisory was built around a simple belief: marketers deserve clarity, confidence, and control over how their media investment performs. What began as a response to increasing opacity in the media ecosystem has grown into a global business helping some of the world’s most ambitious organisations make smarter, more accountable decisions.

Today, the team operates across major international hubs, working at the intersection of media, data, technology, and governance. Independence sits at the core of everything they do, allowing them to challenge the status quo, eliminate inefficiency, and raise standards across agencies, platforms, and partners. Their work has helped shape industry conversations around transparency, effectiveness, and trust, and continues to influence how modern marketing organisations are built.

The culture reflects that mission. It’s a place where curiosity is encouraged, collaboration is essential, and people are trusted early in their careers to take responsibility and grow. Analysts, consultants, and senior leaders work closely together, sharing knowledge across disciplines and markets. Learning is constant, quality matters, and there is genuine pride in delivering work that stands up to scrutiny.

As client demand for digital accountability and insight continues to accelerate, the Digital Practice is expanding. The team is now looking for an Associate Consultant to support the delivery of digital audit and pitch services during a pivotal period of growth. This role is a key stepping stone for someone who wants to deepen their digital expertise while gaining exposure to complex clients, multi-market projects, and senior stakeholders.

Working as part of project teams, you will help deliver digital audit programmes and pitch management projects, analysing campaign performance, interrogating data, and turning findings into clear insights and recommendations. You will work with detailed platform level data, visualisations, and performance metrics to identify trends, signals, and opportunities for improvement.

Alongside this, you will support pitch processes by tracking agency commitments, assessing digital capabilities and commercial offerings, and helping ensure agencies are held to account. You will also play an active role in project coordination, working directly with agencies to establish timelines and ways of working, while supporting internal teams to deliver consistently high standards.

Over time, you will be encouraged to present findings to clients, contribute to internal knowledge sharing, and support the development of more junior analysts through coaching and guidance.

You will bring solid experience in digital media, ideally with hands-on exposure across at least two core channels such as Programmatic, Video, Display, Paid Search, Paid Social, Retail Media, or Digital Planning. You are analytically minded, comfortable working with raw platform data, and motivated by understanding how digital activity truly performs.

Just as important is your mindset. You are naturally inquisitive, organised, proactive, and keen to learn, with the confidence to ask questions and the discipline to deliver detail-driven work at pace. If you’re looking to build a career in digital consulting, gain exposure to complex global clients, and be part of a team that is genuinely shaping better outcomes for the industry, this is an opportunity to grow quickly while doing work that matters.
