This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking ad tech business that’s challenging the status quo—and they’re now looking for an Agency Sales Manager to join their commercial team in London.
The Role:
This position is all about building and nurturing agency relationships, driving managed service sales, and helping brands deliver smarter, more sustainable campaigns. Strong contacts and experience working with Publicis agencies is essential—this role requires someone with existing relationships and a deep understanding of how to unlock opportunities within that network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with media agencies, with a particular focus on Publicis
- Pitch and close tailored managed service campaigns using the company’s unique ad formats
- Deliver strategic, compelling presentations that demonstrate real value to agency clients
- Proactively identify new opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction
- Stay ahead of digital advertising trends to offer innovative, future-facing solutions
- Keep accurate records of all sales activity and client communications
About You:
- 3–5 years of digital media sales experience, ideally with a focus on managed service or direct campaign sales
- Proven connections within Publicis and experience working across its agency network
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- A passion for digital innovation and sustainable advertising solutions
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded
- Knowledge of programmatic or decentralised advertising models is a plus
