Role: Agency Sales Director – Agencies & Brands:

Salary – circa £65-75K base + very strong commission (7.5% of every deal you do, which goes up to 10% if you hit 100% of target)

My client are reshaping the way brands connect with audiences. Their cutting-edge social display solutions turns social media creativity into high-performing display ad formats—seamlessly and at scale across the open web. They’re looking for a smart, entrepreneurial seller to help drive their UK Market Growth.

This is their first UK based sales hire and as such there comes great opportunities for growth and development as the business scales. Their product delivers on performance while ensuring Attention & Creative are at the forefront of what they do! They're click through rates are off the charts as well as dwell times.

Their global sales lead is on the ground too but long term they're looking to build their sales team with a local hires, and need someone who's well connected with UK media agencies, with a strong track record in sales and has ambition to grow with the team. Ideally, they're looking to progress this person and build a team around them long term, should they be successful. A real opportunity for someone entrepreneurial to step up their career and sell a strong product.
