This tech genuinely helps brands increase online sales! 90% of website traffic is anonymised and brands are unable to engage them meaningfully. This tech allows brands to engage them across channels, winning new customers and retaining existing ones – it's making money for the brands!

The Role

This is an existing business role you’ll be renewing enterprise accounts (six figure ARR) as well as growing those accounts.

Selling to well-known retail, ecommerce, fashion, luxury, travel enterprise organisations.

Adding different regions and brands from your existing clients.

Requirements

  • You are currently (or very recently) in an existing business role at a SaaS MarTech vendor - ideally an email/multi-channel engagement MarTech, CX, Personalisation, Customer Journey etc.
  • You have lots of experience renewing and growing six-figure accounts - you must be handling these yourself.
  • Work closely with CS.
  • Ideally, you have account managed enterprise luxury, fashion, retail or ecommerce brands.
  • Have hit/overachieved against most of your targets.
  • Experience with >1m BoB.
  • Can come into the London office 3 days a week.
  • Have longevity in most of your roles.
