Reporting to the Used Parts manager you will:

  • Manage day-to-day flow of goods in a warehouse, including loading/unloading deliveries, picking and packing orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Receive on the job learning for engineering process to decommission trucks.
  • Work efficiently as part of the team to achieve targets as outlined by manager.
  • Keep warehouse and yard clean and efficient by managing the flow of waste materials, recycling, and packaging.
  • Observe and comply with high levels of Health and safety.
  • Be adaptable and flexible in approach to work.

Required functional competencies / experience / qualifications:

  • Technical SAP/Computer systems knowledge.
  • A high level of communication with ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • IT Skills (Microsoft Office suite, SAP).
  • Supply Chain Practices and Procedures.
  • Willing to travel within the UK as required, on company business.
  • A team player and have a flexible approach to working.

About you:

  • Ideally you will have worked in a similar environment where you are responsible for the management of capital equipment parts.
  • An understanding of engineering would be beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience using SAP or similar MRP systems would be beneficial.
  • An understanding of supply chain processes.
