Your role will be both hands‑on and problem‑solving‑oriented, as you diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring our equipment operates at peak efficiency. Traveling to various customer locations, you’ll bring your expertise to service Linde forklifts and other state‑of‑the‑art material handling equipment, forging strong relationships, and delivering exceptional support. Qualifications:
- Experience as a vehicle technician or mechanical engineer, especially forklift technicians, plant fitters, plant technicians, or vehicle technicians
- Experience with plant equipment, powered access equipment, agricultural machinery, motor vehicles, or industrial cleaners is highly desirable
- Ideally an NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) qualification
- Comfortable using IT equipment
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable working autonomously and within a team
- Willingness to travel to customer locations, generally close to home
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
