- Performance Monitoring: Assist the Business Manager in tracking team performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Performance Feedback Support: Provide feedback to team members on performance, under the guidance of the Business Manager, focusing on coaching and development opportunities.

- Embodying Brand Excellence: Act as a Valentino brand ambassador, providing a luxurious customer experience through personalized service and merchandising standards.
