A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Plan, coordinate, supervise and report on the work activities of the team, providing effective communication, leadership, motivation, training and development.
- Maintain system integrity, stock control, goods receipt/dispatch processes, reverse logistics and KPI reporting as per agreed procedures.
- Ensure compliance with HMRC requirements, engage with business partners and customers to promote best practices.
- Monitor and maintain HMRC requirements, implementing changes as required.
- Work closely with the operations management team to ensure systems are used correctly to maintain a strict and accurate stock profile.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:
- Have a good understanding of HMRC requirements.
- Have experience managing a team in a warehouse setting (specifically a stock/inventory team).
- Possess excellent knowledge of WMS, host systems and computer systems.
