Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00

Location: Stretton - DE13 0BB

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:

  • Plan, coordinate, supervise and report on the work activities of the team, providing effective communication, leadership, motivation, training and development.
  • Maintain system integrity, stock control, goods receipt/dispatch processes, reverse logistics and KPI reporting as per agreed procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with HMRC requirements, engage with business partners and customers to promote best practices.
  • Monitor and maintain HMRC requirements, implementing changes as required.
  • Work closely with the operations management team to ensure systems are used correctly to maintain a strict and accurate stock profile.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:

  • Have a good understanding of HMRC requirements.
  • Have experience managing a team in a warehouse setting (specifically a stock/inventory team).
  • Possess excellent knowledge of WMS, host systems and computer systems.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
