The Role

As a Major Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of high-value customers, ensuring their needs are met while driving growth and maximising revenue opportunities. This is a dynamic, relationship-led role where your ability to influence, negotiate, and deliver results will directly impact our continued market leadership. You’ll be out in the field, working closely with customers, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring we remain their logistics partner of choice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and develop strong relationships with major customers
  • Create and execute a targeted sales plan and call cycle
  • Identify and secure new growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Renegotiate agreements and deliver compelling customer proposals
