If you’re a digital professional who thrives on owning performance, improving user experience, and keeping business‑critical platforms running at their best, this could be your next move. This is an opportunity to take full ownership of Boots Hearingcare’s website, app, and e‑commerce performance. You’ll be responsible for ensuring everything runs seamlessly—from uptime and security to booking journeys and customer experience, while driving continuous improvement across our digital estate. This isn’t just website management—it’s ownership. No reactive firefighting. No lack of control. • Manage website updates, CMS improvements, and content deployments
  • Ensure online booking functionality is optimised and running smoothly
  • Monitor and improve website performance, uptime, and user experience
  • Lead issue identification, troubleshooting, and bug resolution

  • Manage analytics and tracking (GA4, Tag Manager) to ensure accurate data
  • Drive continuous improvement across website, app, and e‑commerce performance
  • Work with agencies, developers, and internal teams to deliver enhancements

You’ll ensure the digital experience is not only stable—constantly improving.

  • Competitive salary (DOE)
  • Annual performance related bonus
  • Hybrid working from our Nottingham HO
  • 25–30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Boots Discount Card
  • Pension scheme & life assurance
  • Flexible Benefits Box
  • Telus wellbeing support – confidential support inside and outside work
  • Long service awards recognising your contribution

What we’re looking for:

  • 4–6 years’ experience managing websites or digital platforms
  • Experience owning website performance, uptime, and user experience
  • Strong understanding of CMS platforms, hosting, and web technologies
  • Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager)
  • Knowledge of GDPR, security, and compliance requirements
  • Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working with agencies, developers, and cross‑functional teams

Desirable:

  • Experience within retail, e‑commerce, or healthcare environments
  • Experience managing app platforms or digital ecosystems
  • Experience driving UX or conversion improvements
