The Role
- Gift & homeware operation - supporting the team with accurate picking and packing, loading and general warehouse activity
- Working with MHE drivers - ensuring safe and smooth movement of stock
- Health & safety focus - maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene across the shift
- Safety conversations - holding regular discussions and raising SLAMs when needed
- RedPrairie & OMS use - completing reports, tracking KPIs, carrying out 1‑2‑1s and keeping shift information updated
- End‑of‑shift handover - providing a clear, thorough update so the next team starts fully informed
- Independent working - managing the shift confidently with support available when needed
- Hands‑on support - stepping in to help operationally during sickness or holiday cover
What You Need
