We're looking for a motivated and driven (Senior) Business Development Manager UK (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
About the RoleYou will be the key point of contact for our bus partners, managing relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth cooperation. You take full ownership of route performance, continuously monitoring, optimizing, and improving operations to maximize efficiency and profitability.
You have a strong commercial and analytical mindset, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify cost‑saving opportunities. Through data‑driven decision‑making, you improve efficiency without compromising quality or service.
You influence and execute HQ‑initiated projects, ensuring that global strategies are adapted to local market conditions. You champion these projects, providing strategic input and ensuring seamless implementation.
You bring an entrepreneurial mindset, proactively identifying opportunities to increase revenue. Whether through strategic pricing, expanding service offerings, or optimizing partnerships, you take a hands‑on role in driving profitability.

About YouBachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Economics, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategy; preferably within Transportation or Travel.
Proven track record in negotiation, partnership management, and financial analysis.
Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to make strategic decisions (Excel, BI tools).
Self‑driven & solution‑oriented – you proactively anticipate challenges and solve them.
Full ownership mentality – you take responsibility for your work and see projects through.
Strong commercial acumen – you understand how to optimize partnerships, efficiency and profitability.
