  • Social media and content creation aligned with our talent agenda
  • Recruitment events and campaigns to attract young talent
  • Building brand awareness, engagement, and conversion
  • Learning to lead and support innovation projects
  • Developing comprehensive project management skills through planning recruitment events
  • Analysing data and translating it into activations and promotions
  • Supporting the team in various tasks and topics, such as annual budget plans, trainee learning agenda, and more

You’re the perfect fit if:

  • You’re available for 5 to 6 months starting August-September 2026 (minimum 32 hours/week)
  • You’re enrolled in a University or Applied Sciences program (3rd or 4th year) during the internship
  • You have a clear interest in people, talent, and Human Resources topics, demonstrated through studies (e.g., organisational psychology, HR) or experiences (e.g., volunteering, supporting and connecting people, giving sports classes)
  • You have a strong interest in social media and content writing
  • You have excellent command of English and Dutch
  • You are keen on developing event management skills
  • Networking skills are beneficial and can be further developed during the internship
