The role is hybrid with office attendance at Guildford at least 2 days a week.
You will shape proactive mechanical asset strategy and drive long-term performance, sustainability and investment decisions.
You will manage the Forward Maintenance Register, develop lifecycle plans, assess asset risk, and align portfolio maintenance with lease events.
