What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build strong, trusted relationships with Hiring Managers and Senior Stakeholders.
- Provide expert guidance across attraction, selection, assessments, and compliance.
- Write engaging job adverts, source top talent, and screen candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct assessments/interviews, ensuring fairness and transparency.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with CAA regulations and GDPR requirements.
- Support employer brand, attraction campaigns, and recruitment projects.
