Join Tradeteam's Burton site as a Stock and Admin Clerk, where you'll help maintain stock accuracy, manage goods receipts, investigate discrepancies, and support key warehouse administration activities. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong IT and administrative skills to play a vital role in supporting efficient warehouse operations.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:

  • Maintain system integrity by accurately managing stock levels and ensuring timely goods receipt processes
  • Produce and analyse KPI reports to support operational performance and decision-making
  • Investigate and report stock discrepancies, using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track and resolve issues
  • Support reverse logistics operations, including processing and managing depot returns efficiently

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:

  • Demonstrates a good level of numeracy and IT proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management Systems
  • Willingness to train and operate a Low-Level Order Picker (LLOP) is essential, with the role involving regular LLOP use for approximately 30‑40% of working time
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across teams
  • Proven administrative experience is essential, ideally within a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, with hands‑on stock management knowledge in a warehouse setting
