We're now looking for a Shift Controller to support with Driver dispatch and general administration duties.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Coordinating and dispatching drivers, ensuring all routes are efficiently covered
- Handling incoming calls, primarily from drivers needing support or updates
- Communicating with internal teams and external customers to resolve queries
- Completing general operational and administrative tasks to support the shift
- Providing debrief support for drivers when required, including reviewing completed routes and issues
