Rheinmetall Electronics UK (REUK) is entrusted with the training delivery aspect of the contract meaning that you will be at the front and centre of British Army training. The HR lead will provide front‑line HR advice and management support on people matters to Directors, Managers and Staff. You will assist the business in ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and ensure the development and maintenance of UK HR policies and procedures in line with employment law and good practice.

- CIPD qualified (level 5) with at least 2 years’ experience
