Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of a world class Luxury Service Experience through coaching & feedback.
- Act as a L'Oréal Luxe brand ambassador, providing personalised service and merchandising standards.
- Demonstrate product expertise, storytelling, and offer tailored knowledge.
- Inform customers about in‑store events, promotions and brand activations, and represent L'Oréal Luxe on social media following guidelines.
- Support the Store Manager in executing retail plans to achieve sales targets, identify risks and opportunities.
- Develop and implement a dynamic calendar of events and animations for brand growth.
- Generate creative ideas and innovative strategies for new business growth.
- Build and support a loyal VIP customer base, fostering repeat business.
- Assist in talent acquisition, onboarding & training.
- Provide regular coaching, performance monitoring, feedback and recognition.
- Maintain counter standards, brand VM guidelines, hygiene and housekeeping.
- Participate in team training and complete required programs.
- Handle daily and weekly administrative tasks (Tamigo/One Retail).
- Support maintaining stock levels, top‑selling SKUs, testers and PLV management.
