We're now looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to plan, coordinate, manage and report upon the work activities of a team of Warehouse Colleagues. In this role, you will be providing effective leadership, both team and individual motivation, and ensuring all colleagues have the necessary training to carry out their role and development plans to work on throughout the year.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • Managing a safe operation and role modelling a Safety First Culture with all individuals in the operation by applying and improving the Safety Standards
  • Act as the secondary point of contact for the customer relating to site operation matters and build a good relationship to develop trust and ensure strong engagement.
  • Management of the daily operation to ensure we meet our commitments to both customers & our own internal processes.
  • Routine safety walks
  • Demonstrate an active leadership style, taking full responsibility for driving an engagement culture in your area of responsibility

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in warehouse operations
  • Demonstrated success in team leadership and management
  • Strong ability to lead and adapt through change processes
  • Balanced approach focused on achieving results while maintaining respect and collaboration
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and problem-solving

Successful candidates must undergo a basic Access NI check, a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
