Ultimate Activity in Windsor is recruiting an Early Years Leader to oversee the delivery of the EYFS programme on camp, ensuring a fun, safe and high-quality environment for 4- and 5-year-olds. You will lead activities, coordinate a small EY team, and be the primary contact for parents while ensuring welfare and Ofsted compliance.
You will deliver structured sports, arts & crafts and games, maintain safeguarding, and work closely with the Camp Manager to promote high standards of childcare.
