Ultimate Activity is seeking an Early Years Leader to oversee the delivery of the Early Years programme on camp, ensuring EYFS standards, welfare and high quality care for 4- and 5-year-olds.
You will lead a small team, liaise with Camp Manager, manage parent communications and ensure Ofsted requirements are met. A Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare with experience is preferred, with training and progression opportunities available.
