Ultimate Activity is seeking an Early Years Leader to oversee the EYFS programme for the Ultimate Juniors on camp, ensuring a safe, fun, and high-quality childcare environment for 4- to 5-year-olds. You will work under the Camp Manager to maintain welfare and provide strong parental engagement.
You will coordinate a small team, manage sign-in/out, liaise with inspectors, and uphold health and safety standards. A Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare and experience with young children are required.
