Ultimate Activity Camps in England seeks a dedicated Survival Leader to deliver our Outdoor Adventure programme and to lead a team of Survival Instructors. You will manage camp operations, ensure welfare and safety of children on-site, and act as main contact for parents and the host school.
Based on site, you will liaise with Head Office, oversee activities, sign-in/out, safeguarding, and timetable adjustments while upholding company values and delivering an exceptional camp experience for all.
