Ultimate Activity is seeking an Early Years Leader to oversee the EYFS programme on camp and lead a team delivering structured sports, arts & crafts and games for 4- and 5-year-olds. You’ll ensure Ofsted readiness, be the primary contact for parents, and coordinate welfare with the Camp Manager.
You’ll hold at least Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare, bring strong EYFS knowledge, and demonstrate high energy, organisation and communication skills in a dynamic holiday setting.
