Ultimate Activity seeks an Early Years Leader to deliver structured EYFS activities on camp and lead the Junior EYFS team. You will ensure high-quality childcare, oversee welfare, and maintain Ofsted standards while communicating with parents and staff.
You will work closely with the Camp Manager, coordinating activities, safeguarding procedures and admin duties to support a safe, engaging environment for 4- and 5-year-olds during school holidays.
