Ultimate Activity is seeking an Early Years Leader to oversee the EYFS programme on our camps, delivering a fun, safe and nurturing environment for 4- and 5-year-olds with energy and professionalism. You will lead a small team of Early Years staff, coordinate activities, liaise with the Camp Manager and parents, and ensure Ofsted requirements are met while maintaining high welfare and quality childcare at all times.
