Ultimate Activity is seeking an Early Years Leader to oversee the EYFS programme on camp, delivering structured activities for 4–5 year olds and maintaining high welfare standards. You will coordinate the EY team, ensuring Ofsted compliance and acting as the primary contact for parents.
You will work with the Camp Manager to promote quality childcare, supervise staff, and manage camp admin tasks while modelling energy and professionalism throughout holidays.
