Ultimate Activity is looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Leader to oversee the EYFS programme on camp for the 4- and 5-year-olds. You will deliver structured sports, arts and crafts, and games, ensuring high standards of welfare and adherence to Ofsted requirements, under the Camp Manager's direction.
You will lead a small Early Years team, maintain child to staff ratio, and be the main contact for parents.
