The Ultimate Activity Company is seeking an Early Years Leader to oversee the delivery of the Early Years programme on camp for Ultimate Juniors. You will deliver structured activities to 4- and 5-year-olds, ensure EYFS standards are met, and support a small team, while maintaining high welfare and safeguarding practices.
You will be the main contact for parents, coordinate with the Camp Manager, and help ensure the highest quality childcare across the holiday camps.
