Ultimate Activity is seeking an Early Years Leader to oversee the EY programme on camp for 4- and 5-year-olds, delivering structured sports, arts & crafts in line with EYFS.
You will work with Camp Manager to ensure welfare and high quality childcare.
You will lead a small team of Early Years staff, be the registered person for Ofsted, liaise with inspectors, and act as the main contact for parents.
The role combines activity delivery with admin duties and safeguarding compliance.
