Ultimate Activity is seeking an Early Years Leader to oversee the EYFS programme on camp, delivering a nurturing environment for 4- and 5-year-olds. You will lead a small team, ensure Ofsted compliance, and liaise with parents while delivering engaging activities and maintaining high welfare standards.
The role requires Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare with experience with EYFS; Paediatric First Aid is desirable. This is a camp-based, holiday-season role with opportunities for progression.
