The much loved TPBots are returning in 2026! We're thrilled to announce the exciting return to this year's Ultimate Tech Camp! Building on our popular micro:bit activities where children create weather stations, messaging apps, and even games, we're now introducing TPBots – opening a whole new world of robotics programming for young tech enthusiasts. These smart car robot kits feature a premium building brick compatible chassis, programmable RGB headlights, and advanced sensors for obstacle avoidance and line tracking. Ultimate Tech Camp attendees will have a blast programming their TPBots to follow lines, avoid obstacles, and even using a second micro:bit to act as a remote control!

There's more! 2026 includes exciting game-making projects in our Ultimate Tech Camp course, with a new 2D top-down "endless runner" game, inspired by Temple Run and Minion Rush, along with other new games. We're also excited to introduce a new robotics module, where the children will discover how to code and control physical devices using motors and sensors.

Plus - Intermediate Challenges for those children with more experience, where the Code Created team will introduce a new game making concept or mechanic and then set an open ended challenge for those children to complete, giving them the chance to use the skills they have gained, be creative and expand their coding skills.

Have you attended Ultimate Tech Camp before? This year will also include four brand new additional game-making projects for those children who have participated in previous years! So, you can rejoin us in 2026, build on your previous experience, and have an ultimate summer break, doing something you know you love!

To deliver this exciting tech-based childcare camp for kids, we have teamed up with experts, Code Created who run technology and coding programmes during term-time at some of the UK's most prestigious schools. Our instructors will take children through fun projects, helping them bring software and coding to life to discover a future of technological possibilities! Children will also get the opportunity to build their own website, which they can continue to develop in their own time and share with friends and family.
