Summary Of Position
- Ensure the successful delivery of our sport academy programme.
- Ensure the welfare and safety of the children.
- Deliver excellent, energetic coaching sessions where all children can develop their skills, be challenged and have fun.
- Manage/support your team of coaches to do the same.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop and progress sessions for varying ages and abilities.
- Act as a key point of contact for parents, Head Office, host venue, and children.
