Contract: Seasonal work in summer school holidays.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5.30pm

The Ultimate Performance Instructor is responsible for the successful delivery of our Ultimate Performance programme, whilst ensuring the welfare and safety of the children on camp is maintained at all times. We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Performing Arts teachers or professionals with qualifications (Drama school/University degree) to help us follow through on our commitment to 'Inspire Children Every Day'.
Following scripts, choreography and music, the role of the Ultimate Performance Instructor is to deliver outstanding performing arts to small groups of 7 to 12 year-olds, through a melody of musicals, showcasing their talents! You will be responsible for motivating and delivering fun and exciting group musical theatre workshops to inspire the next generation. You will be expected to guide groups of children through a timetabled course with an emphasis on fun, excitement, teamwork, and skill development. You will have a pastoral role, being a group leader and ensuring their welfare.
Duties And Responsibilities
- With full training of the programme provided: Deliver excellent, energetic coaching sessions where all children can develop their skills, be challenged and have fun.
- Communicate effectively with children.
- Supervise and engage with the children outside of session times.
- Continuously promote the welfare of the children in your care.
- Show high levels of energy, enthusiasm and professionalism, acting as a suitable role model for the children.

- Analyse performance and suggest areas of improvement.
