Contract: Seasonal work available during school holidays (Easter, Summer, and half terms).
Hours: 8am – 6pm on weekdays. Full season or part season roles available.
Summary of Position
The Camp Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of our multi-activity holiday childcare programs, ensuring the welfare and safety of children on camp at all times.
We seek enthusiastic and experienced professionals to help us fulfill our commitment to 'Inspire Children Every Day'. You will manage, motivate, and support your staff team to create fun and engaging holiday camps that promote participation, structure, care, and development. You will ensure all policies and procedures are followed, liaising with parents, school representatives, and Head Office. Staff will lead sessions and contribute to the high standards of physical, emotional, and social care provided by Ultimate Activity Camps.
This role is busy but highly rewarding, with the experience of parents and children depending on your leadership.
