Reporting to: Camp Manager

Contract: Seasonal work in school holidays. Hours: Vary per camp; full season or part season roles available.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the welfare and safety of children on camp at all times.
  • Act as the sole lifeguard during swimming sessions, accompanied by an activity instructor when present.
  • When above 18, contribute to the Instructor Team delivering sports sessions, arts and crafts activities, and games with emphasis on participation, care, and development.
  • When under 18, support the Instructor Team with activity facilitation and general cleanliness of the camp.
  • Help maintain a high standard of physical, emotional, and social care for children on camp.
