As a Power Platform Solution Architect at Ultima, you’ll take the lead in crafting innovative, end-to-end solutions that empower our customers to transform the way they work. This is a senior, strategic role where your technical expertise, creativity, and leadership combine to make a real impact. You’ll be at the heart of complex projects — guiding clients, mentoring teams, and ensuring every solution delivers measurable value. What you’ll be doing:
- Architect and deliver sophisticated Power Platform solutions that meet real business needs and stand up to technical scrutiny.
- Lead dynamic customer workshops to uncover challenges and translate them into scalable, elegant designs.
- Partner with sales teams on pre‑sales engagements, shaping compelling proposals and presenting powerful solution visions.
- Establish, refine, and champion best practices across the Power Platform team.
- Mentor consultants and engineers, supporting their technical growth and career development.
- Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, and IP that strengthen Ultima’s market differentiation.
- Join client sessions on‑site when needed to build relationships and understand their world firsthand.
You’ll also:
- Deliver presentations, webinars, and Lunch & Learns showcasing your expertise and thought leadership.
- Act as a trusted advisor on Microsoft 365 and Azure integrations, ensuring solutions work seamlessly across the ecosystem.
- Explore emerging technologies, helping shape internal innovation and future service offerings.
What we’re looking for:
- Deep, hands‑on expertise in Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Strong understanding of REST, OData, SOAP, XML, and JSON.
- Experience with Git‑based repositories and version control workflows.
- Solid database design and architecture background.
- Proven track record integrating Microsoft 365 with the Power Platform.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps and agile project tools (GitHub, Jira, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills — able to make the complex feel simple and accessible.
- Experience building custom code components (PCF, SPFx).
- Leadership experience on large‑scale Power Platform transformations.
- Microsoft certifications such as Solution Architect Expert, Developer Associate, or Enterprise Data Analyst.
- A passion for mentoring, innovating, and continual learning within the Microsoft ecosystem.
