About the Role

Reporting to the

Partnerships & Alliances Director , you'll take ownership of a portfolio of strategic technology partners, creating and delivering business plans that drive revenue, profitability, market growth and long-term success.

Working across Sales, Marketing, Professional Services and Technical teams, you'll develop joint go-to-market strategies, identify new growth opportunities and ensure Trustmarque Ultima remains a partner of choice within the technology ecosystem.

This is a highly visible role with exposure to executive stakeholders, leading technology vendors, and customers across both the public and private sectors.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Develop and execute strategic alliance plans for your assigned vendor portfolio.
  • Own partner business plans and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Drive commercial growth through revenue, profitability, MDF utilisation and partner investment.
  • Build and deliver joint go-to-market campaigns alongside internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead partner pipeline reviews, deal progression and commercial escalations.
  • Identify cross-sell, upsell and whitespace opportunities across our customer base.
  • Support commercial negotiations to maximise customer and partner outcomes.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior vendor executives and represent Trustmarque Ultima at key industry events.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Practice teams to embed alliance strategies into wider business plans.
  • Ensure partner accreditations and certifications are maintained and continuously improved.
  • Monitor performance through KPIs, reporting and governance activities.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines commercial awareness with outstanding relationship management skills.

You’ll ideally have

  • 4+ years' experience in Partner, Alliance or Channel Management.
  • A successful track record of delivering commercial growth through strategic technology partnerships.
  • Experience working within the Microsoft, cloud, infrastructure, software or cyber security partner ecosystem.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing partner incentives, MDF and joint investment programmes.
  • Experience creating and executing go-to-market strategies with technology vendors.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence senior internal and external audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into commercial action.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work across multiple business functions.
  • A proactive, resilient and results-driven mindset.
