About the Role
Following the exciting merger of Ultima and Trustmarque, we are building a unified, high-performing talent function to support our next phase of growth. This is a hugely exciting opportunity to join a newly combined organisation at a transformational moment, helping shape how we attract, engage, and hire world-class talent across our global business.
We are seeking a driven and resourceful Talent Acquisition Executive who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys uncovering exceptional candidates — even when they’re not actively looking. We particularly welcome candidates transitioning from a recruitment agency background who are looking to move into an in-house, strategic talent acquisition role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business areas within Ultima & Trustmarque
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring strategies
- Proactively headhunt and source passive candidates using innovative search techniques
- Identify “needles in haystacks” through targeted market mapping and creative sourcing approaches
- Deliver outstanding candidate experiences from first contact through to onboarding
- Build and maintain strong global talent pipelines
- Create high-quality recruitment presentations and reports using PowerPoint for senior stakeholders
- Support employer branding initiatives and promote the merged organisation as an employer of choice
- Track recruitment metrics and provide insight-driven hiring recommendations
About You
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, Internal Recruitment, or Recruitment Agency environments
- Candidates from agency backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply
- Experience recruiting within the technology sector is highly desirable
- Demonstrated headhunting and direct sourcing expertise
- Proven ability to find hard-to-reach talent in competitive markets
- Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation skills (essential)
- Global or international hiring exposure is desirable
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working remotely
- Passion for delivering exceptional hiring outcomes
