Location - Home Based – Expected to be required to visit customer site locations

This is a customer facing senior consultant role within our Network team, covering project delivery from the presales stage through design and implementation.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

We are looking for someone who has experience in Project delivery through from inception and presales, through to design, and implementation. This is a hands-on role and requires a high level of technical ability across a variety of systems. You will have experience working in a network consultancy role with analysis and problem solving skills. Actively strive to improve technical ability through self-study, organised in-house training and attendance of external courses. To always represent Ultima to our client in the most professional way and continually demonstrate our core company values. Additional activities and responsibilities not covered within the above may also be required as part of specific projects or the wider role of a Senior Technical Consultant.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be knowledgeable and able to demonstrate in depth technical understanding. You will be expected to cover the initiation through to the design and implementation, across several of the skills and technologies below:

• Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
• Microsoft Defender for Office 365
• Microsoft Sentinel
• Tenable Vulnerability Management (Or similar technology)
• Azure Security understanding
• Azure update Manager / Other Patching technologies

Qualifications:

• Microsoft Security Certifications (eg SC200)
• Pen Testing/Related Certifications

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The ability to demonstrate knowledge in some of the below would add significant value to your application. Training and development in these technologies/solutions may be provided if required.

• Microsoft Intune (Focused on Security, not the full suite)
• Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, Identity
• Cloud CSPM Suites
• Privileged Access Management (PAM) Tooling
• Cloud Email Security Solutions
• Certs CSTM, Cyber Essentials Assessor
