We are looking for a country manager with entrepreneurial spirit and strong results orientation, responsible for building and leading the company's business in the EU region from scratch. This is a unique high-impact position suitable for sales leaders who crave challenges and autonomy. You will be responsible for developing market entry strategies, establishing key partnerships, building high-performance sales teams, and driving significant revenue growth.

Partnership Development: Proactively identify, approach, and build strong relationships with strategic partners, affiliates, communities, and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Maintain high outreach velocity and continuously expand a quality partner network. Drive regional performance by improving key commercial metrics related to customer acquisition, engagement, and overall revenue contribution. Deliver measurable business impact through disciplined execution and performance tracking.

Full BD Process Ownership: Independently manage the entire BD lifecycle - prospecting, qualification, negotiation, follow-ups, closing, and post-deal maintenance. Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with partners.

Market Research & Competitive Insights: Monitor regulatory updates, competitor strategies, user behaviour, and market dynamics in the EU region.

Localized Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to support localized content, community engagement, and event initiatives. Ensure smooth and effective execution across English-speaking markets.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, capable of independently acquiring and converting clients. Strong execution, self-discipline, and ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain long-term relationships and manage high-frequency partner interactions. Good command of English and any native language for business communication (Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus). Existing partner, affiliate, community, or KOL resources that can contribute value in the short term. Experience in digital platforms, online services, fintech, or other performance-driven industries, or strong personal familiarity with similar ecosystems. Strong hunter mindset: bonus-driven, results-oriented, and motivated by performance-based outcomes.
