Overview

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a professional therapist or beauty practitioner to rent a therapy room in a vibrant and welcoming hair and beauty salon that has been established for 23 years. This space is ideal for those looking to establish or expand their practice, providing a tranquil setting for various treatments. The room is equipped with a couch and designed to cater to a range of services, including but not limited to deep tissue massage, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and guest services.

You will be managing your own small business within a business so you will be able to work the hours you wish to suit your own schedule.

We like to support people to start up and thrive so we offer the first month rent free, 3 months at a discounted price of Β£60 per week then Β£80 per week which will be reviewed annually although we like to be as fair as possible so the room price would only go up due to inflation and utility costs, we want to emphasise that we want to support the right business to flourish so this would not be automatic, there would always be a prior discussion so it works for both parties.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your own schedule and appointments effectively, ensuring a smooth operation of your practice.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
  • Handle front desk duties as needed, including greeting clients and managing bookings.
  • Promote your services through social media management and other marketing strategies to attract new clients.
  • Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and increase revenue.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the therapy room, ensuring it meets health and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored treatments.
