The role involves managing a portfolio of up to 150 customer accounts, acting as a trusted day‑to‑day partner while driving growth and delivering outstanding service. You will work closely with Key Account Managers and internal teams, playing a key role in supporting regional revenue targets and strengthening long‑term customer relationships.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building strong, trusted relationships with customers
- Developing existing accounts, onboarding new customers and reactivating lapsed ones
- Creating, managing and converting quotations
- Identifying cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities, including product demos where needed
- Promoting campaigns, events and digital / e‑commerce tools
- Supporting showroom visits and customer experience activity
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Service and Operations teams
What we’re looking for:
- 1–2 years’ experience in a sales or customer‑facing role
- Confident phone and written communication skills
- A proactive, commercially focused mindset
- Ability to manage priorities and follow opportunities through to completion
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Interest in digital tools and modern ways of engaging customers
