What you’ll be doing:

  • Identifying and engaging new B2B prospects across commercial print, marketing agencies, exhibition contractors, and related trade sectors
  • Using phone, email, LinkedIn, CRM tools, and social selling to generate opportunities
  • Building and nurturing a strong pipeline of qualified leads
  • Booking high-quality meetings for our Key Account Managers
  • Supporting showroom visits and creating a great first impression for prospective customers
  • Working closely with Sales & Marketing teams to drive growth

What we’re looking for:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in business development or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence using LinkedIn and digital prospecting tools
  • A proactive mindset with resilience and commercial awareness
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
