Are you passionate about empowering communities, amplifying young voices, and creating meaningful opportunities for people to connect with wildlife and the natural world? Ulster Wildlife is seeking an inspiring Community Engagement Manager to lead our people-focused work, bringing communities of all ages, backgrounds and abilities closer to nature through a community organising approach.

As Community Engagement Manager, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering Ulster Wildlife's engagement work across Northern Ireland. You will manage a portfolio of funded projects, support and empower communities and young people, and develop new initiatives that use nature to improve health, well-being and connection to place.

Working closely with the Head of Nature Recovery and our wider team, you will help develop and implement a Community Engagement Strategy that puts people at the heart of nature recovery. You will also act as safeguarding lead within your area and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Officer for the organisation.
