THE ROLE

The post holder will provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team and contribute to the administrative support service to senior officers as and when required.

ABOUT YOU

  • You will provide full administrative support to the Senior Management Team, working as an integral member of the business support team within the school, promoting a teamwork ethos, supervising other clerical staff and providing guidance and support where necessary.
  • You will support financial procedures including raising and processing requisitions, orders, invoices and claims including the use of on-line systems in accordance with UU policy.
  • You will organise and update databases and spreadsheets to produce reports to meet requirements.
  • You will provide administrative subject support to Academic Staff and students, assisting with key activities, working closely with internal teams such as Compliance, Admissions, Exams and Education.
